Notification on AIBE-V- Registration process and applying for AIBE-V


How to Register

  • The Registration process for AIBE-V is open. Candidates who wish to apply for AIBE-V need to register themselves before applying online. To register, kindly visit the link
  • After successful registration you can login to your account. To login to your account

How To Apply for AIBE-V

  • After successful registration, login to your account.
  • Candidates have to print their respective "Bank Challan" from their registration account.
  • Fill-in the Challan and submit the fee at the nearest branch of "State Bank of India".
    *Note- It takes approximately 24 hours for your registration to be effective and you can make the payment only after 24 hours of your successful registration.
  •  The application fee for both FRESH and a REPEAT candidate is Rs. 1950/-(Including Bank surcharge).
  • Once your application fee is acknowledged you can print your application form by login into your registration account.
     *Note - It takes approximately 12-24 hours for us to get the payment acknowledgement. You can print your application form only after this time span.
  • Complete the application form and send it to

     *Note - Send your application form along with all required documents. All documents should be attested either from "Notary" or any "Gazetted Officer". Incomplete applications or applications with incomplete documents will be rejected.
    The list of required documents to send along with the Application Form is given as below
    1. Attested copy of Enrollment certificate or Intimation Letter.
    2. Attested copy of "Date of Birth" proof.
    3. Attested copy of Advocate ID Card if issued by State Bar Council or any Government Photo Id proof (PAN Card/Driving Licence/Voter ID/Passport).
    4. Original BCI copy of SBI Challan.
    *Note - Documents must be attested either from "Notary" or any "Gazetted Officer".
  • The Last date of Online Registrations is "July 8, 2013" and the last date for submission of fee through challan is "July 10, 2013".
  • The last date of receiving complete application form along with supporting documents is "July 17, 2013" latest by "5.00 PM" at Bar Council of India office.

Bihar Civil Judge (Junior Division) Examination
Scheme of Examination
It is a three stage examination:
(a) Preliminary (Objective Type)
(b) Mains (Written Type)
(c) Personality Test (Interview)

Syllabus of Preliminary Examination
It will consist of two papers:
First Paper: (100 Marks)

  • General Knowledge
  • General Science

Second Paper: (150 Marks)
  • Law of Evidence and Procedure
  • Constitutional Law of India and England
  • Hindu Law and Mohammedan Law
  • Transfer of Property Act, Principles of Equity, Law of Trusts and Specific Relief Act
  • Law of Contract and Torts
  • Commercial Law

i. Sale of Goods Act
ii. Negotiable Instruments Act
iii. Company Law
iv. Partnership Act

Syllabus of Mains Examination
          It is mainly devided into two parts:
(A) Compulsory Paper

  • General Knowledge including Current Affairs (150 Marks)
  • Elementary General Science (100 Marks)
  • General Hindi (100 Marks)
  • General English (100 marks)
  • Law of Evidence and Procedure (150 Marks)

(B) Optional Paper


  1. Constitutional Law of India and England (150 Marks)
  2. Hindu law and Mohammedan law (150 Marks)
  3. Transfer of Property Act, Principles of Equity, Law of Trusts and Specific Relief Act (150 marks)
  4. Law of Contract and Torts (150 Marks)
  5. Commercial Law (150 marks)

Note:
Out of 5 (five) Optional Papers candidate has to opt only 3 (three) papers.
Hindi Paper and English Paper are only of qualifying nature. Each candidate must score minimum of 30 marks out of 100 marks, but the marks obtained therein will not be added in the overall total in deciding the merit.
Viva-Voce (Interviews)
Candidates qualified in Written Examination shall appear for Viva-voce. Viva-voce (Interviews) shall be of 100 marks.
